Health protocols against COVID-19
In accordance with the provisions of the Peruvian Government, we have implemented the "Monitoring Plan" and the "Safety Protocols", instruments necessary to guarantee health security standards in the face of covid-19.
For peace of mind of our guests we want to share the main sanitary measures adopted:
1. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, implemented specialized protocols that apply to all hotel environments.
2. For the rooms we have acquired modern disinfection equipment (electrostatic sprayer and ozone cannon) that carry out hospital-grade hygiene.
3. In the restaurant, all tables are at an adequate safety distance and we do not use table linen to maintain greater hygiene.
4. In the kitchen, we use the “ Good Practices of Manufacture (GPM)” manual and the “Hygiene and Sanitation Program”, which help us to ensure high quality and food safety standards.
5. Our Collaborators have been trained in prevention measures to avoid the risk of spreading the virus, as well as in the cleaning and hygiene protocols to be followed in each area of the hotel.
6. We provide Collaborators with the necessary personal protective equipment and supplies for personal disinfection.
7. We constantly monitor the health of our employees.
8. Upon entering the hotel, everyone undergoes a temperature test, hand washing and disinfection, footwear and luggage disinfection.
9. Everyone, guests and collaborators, must use disposable masks in the public areas of the hotel.
10. Virtual check-in has been introduced to have zero contacts.
11. All proof of payment is sent to the Client via email.
